I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms, although not brand new, are spacious and come with a good-sized balcony. The kids were thrilled with the candies left on the pillows. The recent renovation under new ownership has certainly made a positive difference. The service was excellent, especially with sorting out transportation, and the location, close to the Neuschweinstein and Hochenschwangau Castles, is ideal for exploring the area. The dining experience was basic but decent. Overall, good value for money.
